Day 2 — God’s Thoughts About You

Main Scripture

Psalm 139:17–18 (ESV)
“How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them!
If I would count them, they are more than the sand.”

Teaching

God is not discouraged by your weaknesses. His thoughts are filled with love, compassion, and purpose toward you — always. He never once thinks a thought about you that leads to shame or hopelessness.

The Holy Spirit doesn’t just reveal information — He reveals affection. God’s thoughts toward you are invitations into rest and security. When the enemy accuses, Jesus intercedes on your behalf (Heb. 7:25). You are not tolerated — you are celebrated. Ask today: Holy Spirit, what is the Father thinking about me right now?

Additional Scriptures

Jeremiah 31:3 (ESV)
“I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.”

Romans 8:1 (ESV)
“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”

Reflection

What negative thoughts have you agreed with that God never spoke?

Group Prompt

Share one truth about God’s heart for you that feels new.

Declaration

God delights in me — I bring joy to His heart.

Prayer

Father, help me see myself through Your thoughts — not my fears. Amen.
